Matthew Courtney:

Matthew is the Chief Financial Officer for Laurel Crest. A New England native originally, he relocated to Florida full time in 2011 and has since settled right in. With both a Bachelors Degree in Accounting from Bryant University and a Masters in Business Administration & Management from Fitchburg State University, he has quickly become a valuable asset to the business.

Matthew provides Laurel Crest with all accounting needs, from accounts payable, to accounts receivables, to quarterly and annual budgets. Since joining our team, Matthew has streamlined many of our accounting practices and is constantly finding new, inventive ways to improve the way we do business all while being more cost effective. In his spare time he enjoys playing golf, is a member of a local softball league, and is an avid wrestling fan. 

Lauren Jeleniewski:

Lauren is the Sales Manager for Laurel Crest. She is a New England native, growing up and residing there until relocating to Florida. Lauren attended college in Massachusetts where she studied in the field of nursing. Upon graduating she worked in the nursing field for many years prior to joining our team. She currently holds both a State of Florida nursing license as well as a CPR & ALS Certification.

Lauren quickly applied the managerial and problem solving skills learned while working in the health care field to her position with Laurel Crest; such as delegation, time management, and multi-tasking. Overseeing all the sales operations for the company; her organization, customer service, and innovative approach to sales all contribute to the growing success of our company. In her free time she enjoys spending time at home with her husband and dog Rocco, going to the gym, and visiting family and friends back home as often as possible. 

Todd Jeleniewski:

Todd is the Owner and General Manager for Laurel Crest. He is a New England native and resided there until the age of 27 when he relocated to Florida. Todd has well over a decade of experience in the field of landscaping; ranging from maintenance services to landscape installations to the operations of irrigation systems. Previously working for seven years with the State of Massachusetts Department of Public Works, Todd oversaw the grounds maintenance division and has now been a business owner in the state of Florida since 2008.

He carries a CDL Class B License, a Certification in Arborist chain saw safety, an Animal Control Officer License in the state of Massachusetts, OSHA & CPR certified in the state of Massachusetts, and most proudly a United States Army Airborne Jump School graduate. While serving in the military, Todd was stationed overseas in Germany, living and learning the culture. In his free time he enjoys doing all things athletic, especially weightlifting and is an avid Boston Red Sox and Baltimore Ravens fan. 

Key Personnel

Anthony Chiellino:

Anthony has been working with Laurel Crest since company inception. He originally began working with our Maintenance Division, transitioned to our Irrigation Division, and quickly became our Lead Irrigation Technician.  With an extensive background in irrigation, drainage and landscape installation, Anthony’s skills and knowledge are a major contribution to the company. From performing irrigation service calls, estimating projects for all divisions, running and managing crews, and overseeing several daily operations, Anthony always keeps the productivity up and team motivated.

Anthony currently is a Licensed Irrigation Contractor with Duval, St. Johns, and Clay counties, a certified Backflow Prevention Tester, and a culinary graduate from The Culinard at Virginia College. In his free time Anthony enjoys fishing, cooking, playing poker, and spending time with his family. 

Erika Outlaw: 

Erika is the Office Manager for Laurel Crest. She is responsible for running and overseeing the day to day administrative operations within the company. From supervising the office personnel, answering and forwarding phone calls, scheduling appointments, coordination of projects, preparing and closing out work tickets, and handling customer proposals, she keeps the office running smoothly.

When not working Erika enjoys spending time with her husband and two children, is an active member of her local church community, loves photography and the Georgia Bulldogs, is a devoted Nascar fan, and can be found cheering on her Greenbay Packers every Sunday during football season!
